The Lamborghini Huracan delivers superior performance and handling, dramatic Italian style that stops people in their tracks, and an engine lineup that will get your heart racing and your blood pumping! The Italian designers behind Lamborghini created the Huracan to cut through the air with sleek, crisp lines and the interior to enthrall with the latest in-vehicle technology and high-quality materials. We are breaking down how the 2019 Huracan handles the road and pumps out power below so keep reading!

The Power Under the Hood
Under the hood of the 2019 Huracan, is a 5.2-liter naturally-aspirated V10 engine outputting 630 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque. This engine is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a dynamic all-wheel-drive system. The Huracan also features Lamborghini's new rear-wheel steering and torque vectoring system that works on all four wheels.

Handling Technology
We have to talk about the brand new Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata or LDVI! LDVI is a Central Processing Unit that controls every part of the Huracan Evo's dynamic behavior, integrating all the vehicle's dynamic systems to anticipate the next needs and moves of the driver delivering the best driving dynamics. The Huracan also features gyroscope sensors and a comprehensive set of accelerators called Lamborghini Piattaforma Inerziale or LPI. LPI is placed at the Huracan's center of gravity to monitor real-time vehicle dynamics including vertical, longitudinal, and lateral accelerations as well as yaw, pitch, and roll rates. Using the input from the LPI, the magneto rheological suspension adapts the damping. LDS, or enhanced Lamborghini Dynamic Steering, is able to deliver high responsiveness on corners with the lowest steering angles. Coupled with rear-wheel steering, this technology ensures agility at the lowest speeds. LDS also ensures maximum stability during high-speed cornering and high-speed braking in severe conditions.

Additional Information
The Huracan can be outfitted with a new optional video recording system that integrates telemetry data so drivers can record their time on the track and lap times and study them later! Other features inside this stunner include Apple CarPlay connectivity and a brand-new 8.4-inch touchscreen interface. A convertible version of the Huracan is available and it is known as the Spyder. The Huracan Spyder is the leanest and sharpest in the lineup allowing the engine to create up to 571 horsepower and 398 pound-feet of torque.
